Size of Implementation – District or Community wide implementation.
Define success – The length of implementation must be a minimum of one school year.
Duration – The length of implementation must be a minimum of one school year.
Payment – As stated in the terms of the agreement.
Implementation Success Plan – This plan should include:
1. Documentation of the agreed-upon success metrics
2. Start & End dates.
3. Training plan & dates (Set up of devices and roster must be completed BEFORE training. Initial training of all educators must be completed within the first 60 days of the implementation.)
4. Monthly Data Walks must be adhered to by all parties with 100% participation.
5. Commit to a minimum of 45 minutes per week for each student for a minimum of 10 weeks.

7. Names of teachers & positions
Client support and attention.
1. A personal Client Success Manager will be assigned to the account.
2. 24/7 Technical Support available.
3. Product training and implementation support provided on an on-going basis.
