STUDENT LITERACY SCORES GROW 3X FASTER

National data collected from the 2023-24 Footsteps2Brilliance Growth Score Report™ provided evidence that students who engaged with Footsteps2Brilliance for just 45 minutes per week experienced a remarkable acceleration in their literacy skills. In just 10 weeks, these students tripled their literacy scores compared to those who did not use the platform.

Terms and Conditions of the 3X’s Literacy Growth Design: 

  • Size of the Implementation
    • Designed for district-wide or community-wide implementations.
  • Definition of Success
    • Measured using the Footsteps2Brilliance Growth Score in the Footsteps2Brilliance Growth Score Report, an average growth score for students who used Footsteps2Brilliance’s classroom-aligned activities for just 45 minutes per week over a period of 10 weeks will show they have tripled their literacy proficiency growth, accelerating their 3-grade reading proficiency.
    • The Footsteps2Brilliance Literacy Growth Score™ is a data-driven report of a student’s academic growth and progress based on completed lessons and activities over a defined length of time.
  • Requirements of An Implementation Success Plan
    • Documentation of agreed-upon implementation metrics.
    • Start and end dates.
    • Training plan and dates.
    • Device setup and school/teacher student rostering completed before training begins.
    • Initial training for all educators, to be completed within the first 60 days of implementation. 
    • Data reviews and/or check-ins with designated district administrators, with 100% participation required.
    • Upholding implementation fidelity with a minimum of 45 minutes of student usage per week for at least 10 weeks.  Only students meeting this criterion* will be included in the Footsteps2Brilliance Growth Score Report™.
  • Client Support and Attention
    • Footsteps2Brilliance will stand by you throughout this implementation.  You will be assigned a Client Success Manager to help with implementation fidelity and monitoring ongoing data.

                              *For purposes of data generalizability, we require at least 50 students to meet the above criterion.
